This year we have again received many donations of wonderful prizes for our Christmas Raffle. We would like to thank all our very generous prize donors, and all who buy tickets. The funds raised will go towards the running costs of Tracton Arts & Community Centre and The Inkwell Theatre. Tickets cost €5 each and are currently available online and in the XL Shop, Minane Bridge. Out of necessity, in order to adhere to current health and safety guidelines, the draw will take place after the Christmas Fair (which takes place on Sunday, 28th November) and prizes will again be allocated randomly. The draw is scheduled to take place on 8th December. All prize winners will be notified by text or email. TICKET SALES END ON 7TH DECEMBER. |
A message from our Treasurer...
Tracton Arts & Community Centre and the Inkwell Theatre are run by Tracton Community Council; a group of volunteers who work to maintain and improve the environment and facilities in the Tracton area. We rely on the income from renting out the rooms at the Centre, and on fundraising, to cover the running costs of the community centre and theatre. We are now slowly re-opening in line with public health restrictions and guidelines, and fundraising will be more important than ever over the coming year.
TCC is a not for profit organisation. Through its affiliation with Muintir na Tire it is approved for Revenue to give tax relief to self employed donors on donations made, and to receive a top-up from Revenue on donations received from PAYE workers.
